Which repressive regime- sorry, sorry, I mean- which benevolent fatherland socially engineers its communities on the basis of ethnicity?
(a) USSR. Stalinist relocation of ethnic groups within the Soviet Union.
(b) China. Relocation of Uighurs.
(c) USA. Obama Administration requires residents of Westchester to spend $50 million to “build to build or acquire 750 homes or apartments, 630 of which must be provided in towns and villages where black residents constitute 3 percent or less of the population and Hispanic residents make up less than 7 percent.”

Thank you very much, New York! Westchester’s residents are getting exactly what they voted for. New York State, as usual, went heavily Democrat. They’ve got their Obama! I understand that by our Dear Leader’s command, there will be no disqualifying minimum income for applicants, so they’ll be getting the cream of the crop. Lots of luck, Chappaqua!
